- Establish a working relationship with the client company's personnel including the
department hiring manager, HR manager, and the executive decision maker. We formulate the
details of the staffing requirements with client on the position title, education
required, work experience, compensation, and particular characteristics of the ideal
candidate.
- Ascertain an understanding of the client's organizational structure, corporate culture,
objectives, and recruitment expectations. We also discuss other industry organizations
where potential candidates may be found.
- Establish approved strategies of the mission critical search through consultation with
the client to include: candidate profile, search methods, background checks, the interview
process, and offering/placement procedures.
