Group to present your qualifications to one of our clients.
We work with the candidate throughout the interview process. We provide you with a
background on the company, facts about the position, prepare you for the interviews,
provide interview feedback, and we are there for the entire placement process. The Marathon Group will work with the
candidate through the offer negotiations, acceptance of the position, prepare you for the
resignation process, and follow up after the placement to insure the transition is going
smoothly.
