Responsible for a foam fabrication plant serving the automotive, electronic, medical, and consumer appliance industries. Accountable for the production staff, efficiency,shipping, receiving, & employee operations.  Requires 2+ years Foam Manager experience, Foam Production Manager experience, or Injection Molding Plant Manager experience. Also MUST HAVE an engineering degree. EPS foam experience is preferred. Emphasis will be placed on the technical knowledge during the interview. Incumbent should be detail-oriented.
