client's organizational structure, corporate culture, objectives, and recruitment
expectations. We also discuss other industry organizations where potential candidates may
be found.
- Establish approved strategies of the
mission critical search through consultation with the client to include: candidate
profile, search methods, background checks, the interview process, and offering/placement
procedures.
- Networking: Use
specific Industry contacts in technical, functional, marketing, and executive level to
identity the right candidate. If your concern is finding a qualified candidate to meet
your requirements when there is a known shortage nationwide, our capability to fill your
needs is accomplished by selective networking. This also eliminates your having to go to
several recruiting firms for each "critical need" job order.
- Search Specifics: Once the selected
pool of qualified available candidates has been found, we narrow to a short list by
conducting an extensive screening analyses through detailed phone interviews, background
checks, and verification of education/ experiences/ references.
